Expected delay due to UK strike between 1st, 9th, 11th, 14th & 15th December 2022

Due to Royal Mail strikes, we are unable to dispatch orders on 1st, 9th, 11th, 14th, & 15th December. Shipments will also experience scan delays due to the disruption and will not show tracking until they are processed with Royal Mail. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Delivery times

We always aim to deliver your order between 2-4 working days after we have confirmed your order depending of what delivery method you choose. We offer you:

Free standard shipping on orders over £45 (2-5 working days, tracking 48h) 
Standard delivery is free for every order over £45, for order value below £45 delivery fee is £3.95.

Express delivery (1 working day, tracking 24h) - £6.95  Temporarily unavailable

To be able to receive your order with our express alternative you need to place your order before 1pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) gets processed next weekdays (with exceptions for bank holidays). Sometimes during busy campaigns (such as sale) we might make the express delivery unavailable.

We charge £6.95 for express delivery regardless of order value.

Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such as Christmas). We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Where do we deliver?
We use Royal Mail as our distribution partner and we dispatch deliveries within Mainland UK, Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland. 

Want to shop outside the UK?
We dispatch orders internationally, shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Personalised orders
Personalised items are unavailable for next day delivery. If next day has been chosen, your order will be dispatched as priority.  

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You can request to cancel the order and we always do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible however it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed.

Track your order

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to confirm that its on its way. You can check its progress in your delivery confirmation email.

Tracking information for standard 48 hour can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be available.

Damaged or incorrect
We always aim to resolve any issue with damage or incorrect items as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Send us an email with a description of the issue.

Missing Order
If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact our customer care team.

Missing Item

Goods are subject to availability.

If an item is missing from your order, please check your emails to see if we have sent you information about an item out of stock. If out of stock occurs we will send you an email to inform you of this and refund the unavailable item.
