Once you've finished shopping, proceed to checkout. 4. If you're an existing customer, please click sign in and enter your username and password and checkout. 5. If you're a new customer, you'll need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process. You have the option to continue without registering, but you will still need to input your personal details. 6. Once you're logged in as either a new customer or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need to confirm your delivery choice and then choose your payment method. 7. If you chose the Pay by Card option, please enter your payment details and click place order. If you have chosen to pay by PayPal follow the online instructions. If you have chosen by Apple Pay, please follow the online instructions. 8. You should see a message confirming your order has been placed and being processed. 9. An email notification will be sent to your registered email address. 10. If you have created an account with us, you can view your status there in My Account.

UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95 Orders must placed before 1pm Monday-Friday.
International EU Delivery - £9.95 Orders should arrive within 5-7 working days.
Worldwide Delivery - £11.95 Orders should arrive within 5-10 working days.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check the progress of your order.

Changed your mind? We are happy to refund any time during the 28 days for full priced items and 14 days for sale items, provided that the items are:
• In their original packaging, in pristine condition.
• All product labels are still attached and have not been removed.
Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and a credit note will be issued.
It’s important to fully complete all returns paperwork contained with the delivery note and return this back with your order. All original delivery charges are non refundable unless damaged or faulty.
Once your return has been received, processed and accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation email and we will endeavour to refund your original payment method within 14 working days.
If you are yet to receive your refund after this date, please contact our team and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Please follow the below steps to return your item.
• Fill in the delivery note included within your parcel as per the instructions.
• Please ensure you place this delivery note in your parcel as without it, we can’t take care of your return.
• Drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office, making sure to obtain a proof of postage and keep your receipt until we have processed your return.

We do everything we can to ensure products reach you in a pristine condition. In the unlikely event you received a damaged/faulty item, please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for advice on how to action your return.
If you have identified a fault within 30 days of delivery of your purchase you have a right to a refund or an exchange provided that you inform us within 30 days after the date of the delivery to you. Subject to the defect/fault beingverified by us, we will refund you the price of the defective/faulty product along with the delivery charges you paid.

It usually takes us 3-5 working days (excluding weekend & bank holidays) for your parcel to be delivered back to us.
