Can I still order from you?
Yes, you can still place an order 24/7. Should anything change we will keep you updated.

Why aren't you offering next day delivery?
We want to make sure all orders are dispatched safely so orders may take slightly longer to dispatch. We have temporarily suspended our next day delivery service. We apologise for any inconvience this may have caused.

When will I receive my order?
Due to high demand and the additional health & safety measures in place, deliveries may take slightly longer. Our courier Royal Mail may also experience delays in some parts of the UK. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for all Standard deliveries.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

I need to contact someone?
You can still contact us, using the online form or via our Facebook page.

Please note during this difficult time it may take us longer to get back to you. We aim to respond to all enquires within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri. 

Can I track my order?
You can track all deliveries - keep an eye out for your tracking link on your dispatch email.

Confirmation:
As soon as your order has been placed we'll send you a confirmation email - please check all details are correct.

Important: If you haven't been sent a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, please get in touch with our customer service team - your email address might be wrong, meaning we'll need to update our system.

Please also check your spam folder as sometimes our emails can appear in there. 

Despatch:
We'll let you know by email once your order has been despatched. This will include your tracking number.

What happens if I'm not available to take the delivery?
If your not in when the courier attempts delivery, you'll be left a something for you card telling you either that they've left your parcel in a safe place (such as the porch or with a neighbour) or that your parcel is ready for collection/re-delivery.

Can I amend my order?
If you would like to amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We cannot guarantee amendments after this time.

I've not received my full order
If this has happened we are sorry, please contact our customer care team with your order details and we will be happy to help.

COVID-19
We are currently offering Standard Uk Delivery Only at the moment and you can expect to receive your order within 7 working days.

What are my delivery options?
If you selected standard UK delivery, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days but we do ask our customers to allow up to 7 working days.

If you selected next day delivery, this is guaranteed to arrive next working day if ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri

Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday. We do not dispatch during weekends or bank holidays.

International orders can be calculated at the checkout.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Of course! You can return any unwanted items back to us within 28 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If you've received a product that's damaged or faulty, please contact us. You can also send a picture of the fault to contact@berryandblossoms.com and our customer care team will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement, including the cost of returning the item to us. 

Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges at this time. 

How long will it take to deal with my return?
Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 10 working days to process your return. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna & Clear Pay.

Why has my card been declined?
If your card has been declined it can be for many reasons:

‣ Wrong card number
‣ Wrong date or security code (CVV)
‣ The name and address does not match the one your bank has on file
‣ Refused for security reasons 
‣ You have not enough funds

When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the amount from your available balance.

If your order has been declined, we do not charge you and your money is automatically put back into your available balance. Please note - this can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank.

To make sure you get the correct fit, our size chart makes shopping easier. These are our standard measurements, if a product is smaller fitting, we will note this in the product description.

Will an item be back in stock?
If there is an item you like that is currently sold out, you can be chosen to be notified if the item comes back in stock. 

If the item goes back out of stock again before you've purchased it, you'll need to sign up to be notified again.

How do your e-gift cards work?
You can purchase one of our e-gifts card just like any other product. Add this to the cart and checkout. 

How much money can I put on my e-gift card?
You can purchase e-gift cards between £10-£100

Does my gift card expire? 
Yes, our e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

How do refunds work with my gift card?
If you make a purchase with your gift card and then return an item, your purchase will be credited back to your gift card
