Ordering online with us is an easy experience – just the way it should be.
Follow the steps below to get the products you love straight to your door!
1. Browse Berry&Blossoms website for the items you wish to purchase. 2. Click on the desired product(s) and choose the relevant size and colour and add to cart. 3. Once you've finished shopping, proceed to checkout. 4. If you're an existing customer, please click sign in and enter your username and password and checkout. 5. If you're a new customer, you'll need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process. You have the option to continue without registering, but you will still need to input your personal details. 6. Once you're logged in as either a new customer or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need to confirm your delivery choice and then choose your payment method. 7. If you chose the Pay by Card option, please enter your payment details and click place order. If you have chosen to pay by PayPal follow the online instructions. If you have chosen by Apple Pay, please follow the online instructions. 8. You should see a message confirming your order has been placed and being processed. 9. An email notification will be sent to your registered email address. 10. If you have created an account with us, you can view your status there in My Account.

STANDARD DELIVERY: Delivered within 3-5 days, Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays. Any orders Over £50 are FREE for uk postcodes, all orders under this value will be £3.95
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Order before 1pm, Monday-Friday to get your parcel next working day.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: We deliver to EU countries and rest of the world. Please see checkout for delivery prices for your country
If there is an item you like that is sold out, please do not hesitate to contact and we can do our best to get a product in for you.
We cannot guarantee all products will be back in stock although products that will become available again, you can go on our waiting list by clicking - email me when back in stock.

Returns & Exchanges
Change of mind?
We will be more than happy to offer a refund at any time during the 28 days from the day after the date on which the products were delivered for full priced items (14 days for sale items) provided that the items are:
- In their original packaging, in pristine condition
- All product labels are still attached and have not been removed
It’s important to fully complete all returns paperwork contained with the delivery note and return this back with your order.
Once your return has been received, processed and accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation email and we will endeavour to refund your original payment method within 14 working days.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. All Gift cards are non refundable.
Steps to return an item
Fill in the delivery note included within your parcel as per the instructions.
Please ensure you place this delivery note in your parcel as without it, we can’t take care of your return;
Peel off the pre-paid Royal Mail returns label and stick it to your parcel; and
Drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office, making sure to obtain a proof of postage and keep your receipt until we have processed your return.
A handling fee of £2.50 is deducted off your refund to cover the cost of return. You can return via your own method, although we do recommend our returns service to save costs when returning.
Please note that if choosing international delivery, you will be responsible for arranging the return and covering the costs.

It usually takes us 2-3 working days (excluding weekend & bank holidays) for your parcel to be delivered back to us.
Once your return has reached us, it can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a notification email confirming this.
We do everything we can to ensure products reach you in a pristine condition. We would be very upset if you received a damaged/faulty item, however appreciate this might happen. If it does please contact our customer service team by emailing email@example.com or via our for advice on how to action your return.
If you have identified a fault within 30 days of delivery of your purchase you have a right to a refund or an exchange provided that you inform us within 30 days after the date of the delivery to you. Subject to the defect/fault beingverified by us, we will refund you the price of the defective/faulty product along with the delivery charges you paid.
If a fault develops outside of the 30 days of your purchase, but less than six months after delivery, we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward. Our Customer Service Team will handle this for you and you can contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org
All refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Please note, if you paid by card it can take a further 5 working days to appear back into your bank - depending on card issuer.
You can use a Berry&Blossoms e-gift card to buy anything listed on www.berryandblossoms.com.
You can purchase a Berry&Blossoms E-Gift Card for any value of credit from £10-£100
If you make a purchase with your Berry&Blossoms gift card and then receive a refund, any refund will be credited back to you as store credit.
Yes, our gift cards are valid for 12 months after purchase and will expire after this date.
Berry&Blossoms E-gift cards remain the property of Berry&Blossoms Limited. Risk in a Berry&Blossoms E-Gift card shall pass to you upon our electronic transmission to you; in the event of misuse or fraud Berry&Blossoms reserves the right to cancel a Berry&Blossoms E-Gift card.
If you lose or someone steals your Berry&Blossoms E-Gift card electronically, unfortunately Berry&Blossoms cannot replace it. You agree that Berry&Blossoms will not be held responsible for any lost balance as a result of electronic theft or fraud, unless this is caused by Berry&Blossoms.
