We are happy to refund unwanted items purchased at www.berryandblossoms.com within 28 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges). Sales items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging with tags still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition.

Gift Cards are non refundable. Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges.

Items that are returned after the returns dates above will be provided with store credit. 


How To Return? - UK Customers Only

1) Pack the item(s) you wish to return back in its original packaging with tags still attatched.
2) Cover your original address label with the pre-paid tracked returns label included in your packet.
3) Return your packet via your local post office, please do NOT post through postbox as your return cannot be tracked. Remember to keep your proof of postage.
4) Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 working days to process your request. We'll contact you by email to let you know we have processed your refund.

When using our hassle free tracked returns service, a fee of £2.50 is deducted from your refund for return, unless faulty. If your item has arrived faulty please contact us.

You can use your own choice of courier if you prefer, then a fee will not apply. Please note: using your own choice of courier, you will be responsible for any cost, loss or damage in transit.

How To Return? - International Orders

Please return your items to us within 28 days using your local post service, they will have to be returned at your cost. Please obtain your receipt as proof of postage. Refunds for item(s) returned are credited back to your original payment method.
