Changed your mind? We are happy to refund within 28 days of receipt provided items are in resalable, unused condition. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment used when placing your order. We are not able to refund any postage costs unless your item is damaged or faulty

Gift cards and gift boxes are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges at this time.

Returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted.  

RETURNS VIA ROYAL MAIL - £2.50 FIXED FEE
You can return an item using our hassle free UK Royal Mail Tracked Returns Service for £2.50. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed, this can take up to 10 working days. 

1. Complete the returns slip enclosed with your order (or download here). Alternatively, please include a note with your name, address, email address & order number. Please let us know what you are returning and why.
2. Stick on your pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns label. If you require a new label, please visit Royal Mails returns portal here.
3. Drop off at your nearest post office and ensure that you make a note of the tracking number when returning your parcel as we will not be responsible for lost parcels returned to us without a tracking number. 

    RETURNS VIA COURIER / POST
    If you would like to choose an alternative service, you are welcome to send via the Post Office, or other courier of your choice. Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you.

    We recommend using a tracked service for your returns. Please ensure you that you make a note of the tracking number when returning your parcel as we will not be responsible for lost parcels returned to us without a tracking number.

    For all international returns, please return via your own method to our returns address. 

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?
    Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 10 working days to process your return. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your return has been processed. If you want to check that your order has been received, please use the tracking provided on your return.

    Please remember it can take up to 5 days after we have processed a refund for it to appear on your card.

    If you have not received our confirmation email within 10 working days of your order being received by our team, please contact us and our team can look into this for you. We aim to respond to all enquires within 48 hours Monday-Friday. 

    HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
    Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order on our website and returning the item. 

    RETURNS AFTER 28 DAYS
    If you return an item outside the 28 day returns, we will issue store credit, this will be sent to your email. 

    MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY
    We're really sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please let us know and our team can assist you with this. If you have identified a fault within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, please contact and we can arrange a return, exchange or refund. If a fault develops outside of the 30 days of your purchase, we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward. Our Customer Service Team will handle this for you, please contact info@berryandblossoms.com and someone will be in touch within 48 hours Monday-Friday.
