Changed your mind? We hope you are satisfied with your order, but in case you have changed your mind, we have a 30 day return policy starting from the day which you received your order from us. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges during this time. Please place a new order for other sizes or items. To return unwanted items purchased you need to go through these simple steps:

1. See to that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed and in their original condition. 

2. All goods returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible use the original packaging.

3. Sending items is easy when using our prepaid return label. If you want to use this service, please affix the prepaid label enclosed with your order onto your return. If you require a new label, please visit Royal Mails Portal and print it out.

Please note: to use our Royal Mail tracked returns, an admin fee of £2.50 is deducted from your return. 

If you do not want to use our returns label, you can return yourself and no fee will apply however, we recommend using our tracked service to save costs when returning. Send your return to:

4. Do not forget to enclose the filled out returns form when returning any items.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us, we strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.

 

WHICH ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

Full Priced Items

You can return any full priced items purchased within 30 days for a full refund, starting from the day which you received your order from us. 

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and still have their original tags.

Sale Items

You can return any sale items purchased within 30 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. 

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and still have their original tags.

If you have a faulty item, please contact Customer Service.

Gift Cards & Gift Boxes

Unfortunately, these are non-refundable.  

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

During busy periods this could take up to 10 days from when we received your return.

CAN I RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS?

We are happy to accept returns after the 30 day return window. All returns after this time will receive a credit note, this will be sent to the email on your order.
