We try to process all our orders as soon as possible after your order has been placed so that you receive them quickly. Unfortunately we are unable to add to or amend existing orders once they have been placed.
Alternatively, you may be able to cancel your order or place a separate order via our website.
If you selected our UK standard delivery, we aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days but ask our customers to allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please note, we do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays/
If you selected UK Tracked Express/Next Day Delivery, we guarantee delivery to arrive within the time stated.
Next day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri
For standard deliveries, a calling card will be left with you.
You parcel may have been delivered to a neighbour of left in a safe place on your property.
For tracked express & next day deliveries you can leave delivery instructions on our checkout page, like 'leave in shed' or 'leave with neighbour'. If nobody is in our drivers will leave you a card with instructions on how to get your parcel re-delivered.
If your parcel has been returned to sender this means the carrier was unable to delivery your parcel.
Once your order has been returned back to us a refund will be issued. it can take up to 14 working days for this to be returned back to us. If the parcel has been returned due to incomplete/invalid address or no collection, the customer will incur the charge for original postage.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 28
day returns policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its
original packaging with tags still attached, provided that it is in a
resalable condition. Sale/discounted items need to be returned within 14 days. Gift cards and E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
When using our hassle free tracked returns service, a fee of £2.50 is
deducted from your refund for return. You can use your own choice of
courier if you prefer, then a fee will not apply.
If you item has arrived damaged or faulty please contact our customer service team here asap with your order number, the product which is at fault & the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without sending the item back to us. (We may require photo's of your item).
