Changed your mind? 
We hope you are happy with your order, but in case you have changed your mind we have a 30 day return policy, starting from the date you received your item.

If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

If you have received an error with your order, this must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Gift boxes
Personalised items

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please place a new order for the item and return any unwanted items. 

Sale Items
Any sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.

How to return?
To complete your return, we require your completed return form or receipt for proof of purchase. Sending items is easy when using our pre-paid return label.

To use our prepaid return label, please visit our Royal Mail portal here and print it out. If you do not have a printer, please take the QR code to a Royal Mail Customer Service point or Post Office branch, and they will assist you by scanning the QR code and printing the labels for you. Alternatively, you can book a collection where no return label is needed.

Please note: to use our Royal Mail tracked returns, an admin fee of £2.50 is deducted from your return. 

If you do not want to use our returns label, you can return yourself and no fee will apply however, we recommend using our tracked service to save costs when returning. Send your return to: Berry & Blossoms Returns, PO Box 684. Grimsby, DN31 9LJ

Please note:
That it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us, we strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it. 

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

We try to process returns within 10 working days. Please note, during busier periods this could take slightly longer.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so. Please notify us as soon as possible by email at customercare@oat-bear.com. We always do our best to prevent the order from being shipped, however it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed.
